|| Interesting. wow, I had the dick-ens of a time getting my b*tt out of bed today. Oh i got up at a good time better than i thought. showered took my blood sugar, medicines and then.... i was hit with wave upon wave of sleepiness. no fight in me i pushed the magic power nap button on my alarm and crawled into bed... i crashed right away... and 20 minutes later the alarm goes off and i get out of bed... rinse and repeat. i lost count it was at least 4 times i did this... now here is the kicker... i had cotton mouth. so... that is a sure sign of dehydration go figure? so the goal now is... drink, tons of water upon waking. water not coffee not cool aid not flavored water... just water. gulp it down. get out of bed and rush to the kitchen and drink at least 2 cups. 16 ounces, one pint of water at least every hour. I can do this... I hope it fixes me...||
