Howard Poe's house in Vallejo CA is the one big equity in the trust grandpa set up to disperse for our family inheritance. At this time the house is unsaleable and with the economy doing so badly even the land is worth half what it was 3 years ago.
Once the house sells and half the profit going to Howard's' wifes family. Then there will be money in the trust. Eventually we will see a few thousand for our inheritance.
