Mid-day fatigue gets me down

Have you ever mid day felt so sleepy and groggy all that could be done was to take a nap? You try everything from coffee to stretching and still its likely you will have to waste the day away taking a nap.

One web site gives the following on fatigue

Fatigue explained
Fatigue is a symptom, rather than a specific disease or disorder. People who are fatigued feel tired all the time - in both body and mind. Estimates vary, but it is thought that between three and 10 per cent of patients visit their doctors because of fatigue. A person suffering from fatigue has slowed reflexes and reduced function in daily life. Excessive tiredness is also a known risk factor in motor vehicle and workplace accidents. Always see your doctor for diagnosis if you are suffering from chronic tiredness - that is, fatigue persisting over a long period of time.SymptomsFatigue can cause a vast range of other physical, mental and emotional symptoms including:
Chronic tiredness or sleepiness
Headache
Dizziness
Sore or aching muscles
Muscle weakness
Slowed reflexes and responses
Impaired decision making and judgement
Moodiness, such as irritability
Impaired hand to eye coordination
Appetite loss
Reduced immune system function
Blurry vision
Short term memory problems
Poor concentration
Hallucinations
Reduced ability to pay attention to the situation at hand
Low motivation.

I would love feedback how to combat fatigue. But I wanted to share today what I found. In a tape meditating on Stress reduction when I woke I didn’t have the sleepiness I normally have. I am elated to find this solution.

I will look into posting the tape to my website so you can download it and try it yourself. I will keep you posted
